The fatherless raising the fatherless
A cold day in Hell couldn't take away the smell,
of fear, fear that children will be raising children
The orphans leaving their babies to be orphans
The streets full of lost children looking for
Fathers, mothers, sister, and brothers
The foster parents leaving the adopted
To smell their own poo doo
While they do only God knows what
With the govern-me-not state check
The motherless fostering babies
To grow up in the system
A system which has no
Sympathy for the poor or hungry
This nation in 20 years will look like this
The fatherless, adopting the fostered, only to discover
That the mothers have abandoned their only child
For shopping and getting rich quick
The orphaned child ends up on Oprah to tell her story
How the government didn't govern the people
And how the system raised her to be
The killer, liar, cheater that she be
Only to find sympathy in a pill
And hopefully that will pay the bill
For what society has neglected perfectly
To perfect the FAMILY
